I am a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in helping active people recover from injuries and get back to training and performing at their best.

I graduated in 2023 from Bournemouth University with BSc in Physiotherapy and currently work in West Berkshire Community Hospital as a Senior MSK Physiotherapist.

I set up JGP Physiotherapy in 2024 to provide high quality physiotherapy where there is the time, attention and flexibility to do things properly. 

 

My approach combines hands-on treatment with structured, strength based rehabilitation to get you back performing and feeling your best.
